The class starts with warm-up exercises aimed at getting the body in the right orientation and preparing for training on the Ballet pole.


Flowing movements are combined with active breathing, thus warming the body from within. All joints are also optimally prepared for techniques such as "pliés" and "leg swings".


Forget about the outdated image of sprawling ballet poses and a forced turn out! A workout is for motivated movement hungry and relaxed ballet fans.
